There are two ways to smoke. Cold smoking (10 ° C to 25 ° C) where the dishes are first pickled or cooked in some way (for example sous vide), and hot smoking (40 ° C to 110 ° C).
Our smoking guns are for cold smoking, for this you use wood moth (also called smoke moth). These handheld devices are suitable, for example, to serve your dishes or drinks with a fantastic effect at the table.
The smoking oven is for hot smoking, for this we recommend our wood chips.
