Pay safely and securely online
Manual bank transfers are a thing of the past, and no retailer wants that anymore. However, we believe it is important that you can pay securely online in all our webshops via your trusted banking environment, just as reliably, but much faster and easier. That is why we offer almost all modern online payment methods and banks via secure payment systems that have been carefully selected and are regularly tested for security. Your payment is settled off-site via secure software from your bank (including iDeal) or another payment provider to our payment provider. This verifies the payment, and upon approval, we immediately receive an automated message, after which we release your order for shipment right away. You often receive the package well before we actually receive the money. Very convenient for you!
Payment failed?
Due to the large amount of organization and software that all need to work together to process your online payment, things sometimes go wrong. This means that you are unable to complete the payment; for example, you receive a notification that the payment failed, even though the amount has been debited. In that case, please contact us, and we will check and correct it immediately.
Valid EU VAT number? Then you pay no VAT! (ICP)
As a foreign customer with a valid EU VAT number, you do not have to pay tax. Select "business" customer during checkout, enter a valid combination of company name and VAT number*, and the VAT will be automatically removed from the invoice. This happens immediately, and after verification in the VIES database, you can proceed directly to payment.
No manual transfers
We process many orders daily; payments are processed automatically by secure software and certified companies. Therefore, we do NOT provide account numbers for manual bank transfers. This makes it much easier for us to handle your order properly and reliably. However, if you wish, you can still pay us using the "Bank Transfer" payment option by following the instructions.
iDeal

If you have access to online banking with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING Bank, Knab, SNS Bank, Rabobank, Regiobank, Triodos Bank, or Van Lanschot Bankiers, you can pay for your order electronically in your own trusted payment environment. During the ordering process, select the "iDEAL" payment method. Below your address details, you can indicate which bank you wish to use to pay. You then follow the procedure you are accustomed to when making online banking payments. Normally, the payment is processed on the same business day. No transaction fees are charged for using iDEAL. Credit Cards

You can also pay with your credit card (MasterCard, VISA, Carte Bancaire, and Maestro). Your credit card details are transmitted 100% securely via our payment provider MultiSafePay. A major additional benefit of this is that your valuable equipment and accessories are often automatically insured against loss, damage, and theft for a certain period (see your credit card details for details). We do not charge any transaction fees (0%) for credit card payments.

Paypal

To pay via PayPal, a PayPal account is required. If you have a PayPal account, you can pay immediately. You can also pay via PayPal using a standard credit card. PayPal uses very advanced technologies, which is why a 100% secure payment environment is ensured.
Klarna (pay later)

Receive the products first and pay later? That is possible with Klarna. Paying later with Klarna is safe and simple. You will find the payment details of your purchase on the invoice you receive. You have the option to pay within 30 days at a time that suits you, or pay in 3 installments, interest-free!
Apple Pay

If you have added Apple Cash, credit cards, and debit cards to the Wallet app, you can pay securely with Apple Pay.
Bancontact

We offer our Belgian customers the option to pay via Bancontact without additional costs or surcharges. Bancontact has ensured smooth payment transactions since 1989 and is the Belgian market leader in electronic payments.

It is also possible for our Belgian customers to pay with Belfius Direct Net. Completely free!

SOFORT Banking is a European payment method that allows payments and donations to be made without consumers having to create additional accounts. Consumers log in to SOFORT Banking using the credentials they use to log into their own online banking environment. From there, they can transfer money directly from their own bank account. SOFORT Banking is TÜV certified, which guarantees that it is a secure method for making payments.
