This food-safe vacuum foil from Wartmann has a high temperature resistance of up to 99ºC, making it suitable for sous-vide. The inside of the bags/foil is provided with a special pattern that allows the air to move more easily and therefore does not remain in the bag after vacuuming. This makes them ideally suited for the fast and airtight vacuum sealing of your food.
