Pressure cookers or "multicookers " are high pressure cookers, also called pressure cookers, in which foodstuffs are cooked under pressure, where the cooking temperature is higher than 100° Celsius and the dishes are cooked faster. The pressure cooker is energy efficient.

High pressure cooking (pressure cooking) is the cooking of food under high pressure steam, using water or a water-based cooking liquid, in a sealed vessel (pressure cooker). High pressure limits cooking and makes it possible to reach cooking temperatures well above 100° C and significantly reduce cooking times.
