This Smart Pressure Cooker from Espressions is a fantastically versatile machine. With various smart pre-programmed and self-adjustable programs, you can quickly prepare risotto, pasta, rice, wings, chili, soup and more under high pressure. In addition to the high-pressure functionality, you can also slow cook, sauté and the device has a function that allows you to make yogurt.

To make the best possible use of the functions of the Smart Pressure Cooker, it comes complete with:

• Solid stainless steel inner pan

Cooking under high pressure: delicious and tasty food in an instant! With the pre-programmed high-pressure functions, you can cook more than normal at a pressure of 10 to 70 kPa. This extra pressure causes water to boil at a higher temperature, which ensures that food cooks much faster. This way you can finish preparing a dish sooner!

Stainless steel inner pan of 5.7L: A solid stainless steel inner pan is included to prepare your dishes. The spacious 5.7 liter stainless steel inner pan has the advantage that it is very durable and easy to clean. The stainless steel inner pan can only be used in the Smart Pressure Cooker and is not suitable for an external heat source. The stainless steel inner pan also gives you the option of searing (sautéing) in this Pressure Cooker.

Smart functions: The smart functions ensure that after high-pressure preparation of rice, risotto or pasta, for example, the pressure is automatically released from the pan, so that your dishes stop cooking and do not overcook.
