The Anova Precision Rolls are great for meal prep. If you’re not cooking right away, vacuum seal your food ahead of time and store it safely in the fridge or freezer for later use. Then, pop it straight into your sous vide pot and voilà: a meal at your fingertips. The vacuum bags are free from harmful BPA substances and can safely withstand cooking temperatures up to 4 hours. The handy roll allows you to create custom sous vide bags, so whether you want to vacuum seal a small portion of vegetables or a large piece of meat; it’s possible with the Precision bags from Anova.
