Our food-safe vacuum foil from Ziva has a high temperature resistance (-20 to 70 Celsius)  and has been specially developed for sous-vide. The inside of the bags / foil is provided with a special pattern that makes it easier for the air to move and therefore does not unexpectedly remain in the bag after vacuuming. This makes them ideally suited for fast and airtight vacuum sealing of your food.

Ik gebruik de “normale” vacuümzakken van Ziva al een tijd, maar had de rollen nog nooit gebruikt. Ook deze zakken zijn stevig, degelijk en branden perfect dicht. Voordeel van dit formaat is dat ik bv een Tomahawk van 2 kilo eerst sousvide kan bereiden en daarna kan afwerken op mijn Bastard bbq.
