The humidity in the DryAged Master can also be precisely controlled. This can be adjusted between 50 - 85% using the touch control panel. Thanks to the integrated H20 storage tank, this is even possible without connection to the water supply or tap.
Precise temperature control
The electronic temperature control of the exclusive professional ripening cabinet from CASO Design guarantees exact control and constant maintenance of the temperature, accurate to 1 ° C. The temperature is adjustable from 2 - 14 ° C in steps of 1 ° C.
Perfect UV protection
Thanks to the high-quality glass door with a stainless steel frame and 3-layer UV glass, the valuable contents of the DryAged Master are optimally protected against harmful UV light. With the integrated lock, the panoramic glass door can be locked if necessary.
