A Second Chance product is an item that has previously been returned or exchanged by a customer. We carefully check each Second Chance product. If the product is technically in order, we give it a second chance – with a nice discount.

You always know where you stand: we describe each Second Chance product honestly and add clear photos of any signs of use or damage. This way you buy with confidence and with a benefit.

What condition can a Second Chance product have?

You can find the exact condition of the product on the product page, right next to the description. We distinguish three categories:

• As new
  No signs of use. The product looks like new.

• Light signs of use
  Subtle, barely visible scratches or traces of normal use. Always provided with photos.

• Visibly damaged
  Obvious damage such as scratches or dents. Photos give a fair impression of the condition.

What about the packaging?

Second chance products may have different packaging than a new product. This is also always stated on the product page.

• Opened
  Original packaging has been opened, but hardly damaged (light crease or dent).

• Damaged
  The box has visible damage such as cracks, dents or sticker residue.

• Repackaged
  No longer original packaging; we have repackaged the product securely and safely.

Warranty & Returns

14 days reflection period with free returns
Just like with new products, you can return your Second Chance purchase free of charge within 14 days.

2 year warranty
You will receive a 2-year warranty on all Second Chance products, just like with new items.
