Want to return your purchase or need a repair?
No problem, we’ll solve it for you as quickly as possible.
For the smoothest possible processing of your return or repair, we recommend that you carefully read our return policy and follow the instructions.
Note: Never send anything back before you have received a return number from us (by email with the subject “Return Authorization”)!
What happens after I register?
- We process your request within 24 hours on business days and send you an email with return instructions.
- As soon as your package has been delivered to us, we process it within a maximum of 5 business days (but usually faster).
- If your withdrawal is completely in order, we will refund the full purchase amount within 5 business days (but usually faster) to the account you used for payment.

Complete information for faster processing
For quick processing of your request, it’s important that we receive the following information from you:
- What is your order/invoice number? You can find this in the order confirmation email and at the top right of the invoice you received from us.
- Which products would you like to return? If you want to return one product from an order containing multiple products, please make sure it’s clear which product it concerns.
- Why do you want to return it? This is not mandatory, but sometimes with a bit of extra information we can turn disappointment into satisfaction.
- For a repair: provide a clear description of the issue. With a good description of the problem, we can start the repair more quickly. Adding photos and videos often helps solve the issue faster.
