About the flavors:
Walnut: Walnut wood produces a rich, full flavor with a subtle bitterness that is ideal for smoking red meats, game, and firm fish. The smoky flavor is stronger than fruity woods, but less dominant than hickory. It adds a complex, earthy flavor to dishes that works well with spices and marinades. Perfect for smoking steaks, lamb, and even cheese, but use sparingly to prevent the bitter notes from overpowering the delicate flavors.
What can I smoke?
You can smoke almost anything! Because the smoke is cold, you don't have to worry about it melting or heating your food. For new flavors, try butter, chocolate, fish fillet, sauces, or even popcorn and ice cream!
