With this Wartmann meat fork you keep the meat in a fixed position while cutting (carving) a roast or piece of meat. This gives you full control during cutting for the best result.
Wartmann Pro Series
Knives from the Wartmann Pro series are forged from one piece of knife steel. The slender crop is special, so that the entire cutting surface can be used. They are made of high-quality stainless steel from the German company Thyssen Krupp. After forging, the blades are hardened to 58 HRC (Rockwell hardness). The knives have an optimal balance between long-term sharpness and easy maintenance. The handle is made of black, impact resistant, ABS and triple riveted.
