The Promises of Kenners: delivery times & delivery

You've finally taken the plunge and paid for your order! Of course you would rather receive your stuff yesterday. We understand that, and that's why we do our best to deliver as many items as possible from stock, so that your order is usually delivered the next day. On every product page you will therefore find reliable real-time stock information or the delivery time just above the shopping cart button if it is not in stock in our own warehouse.

Free delivery from €49!

In the Netherlands , Belgium and Germany we ship for free from €49 .
For smaller orders we ask for a contribution of only €4.95 in shipping costs.
Depending on your package and delivery address, we ship with the following carriers: PostNL, DHL or DPD.
For Belgium we usually opt for DPD, and in the Netherlands for PostNL or DHL. To Germany we usually ship with DHL.

We use one shipping rate for all shipments.
We always ship letterbox packages with track & trace, unless otherwise agreed.
Normally a shipment is presented at least once. Depending on the carrier, a new delivery attempt will be made or the package will be taken to a collection point.  

Order until 10 pm!

When all products are in stock * and your order is paid before 10 p.m., it will be shipped the same day. In the Netherlands you almost always have it at home the next day (except on Sundays and public holidays).

Arrived at home the next day!

In the Netherlands , orders are usually delivered the next day (except Sundays and public holidays).
In Belgium and (western) Germany, delivery is usually within 2 days (except Sundays and public holidays).
In Eastern Germany, delivery is usually within 3 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Is it important that your order is delivered on time? Please contact us beforehand .
Then we can estimate the risk in advance and take measures for the greatest chance of success.  

Delivery on Monday to Saturday!

Orders in our web shops are shipped 6 days a week , from Sunday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Sunday evening.

Follow your shipment with track & trace!

Every order at Kenners is shipped with a track & trace link with which you can follow the delivery and the time of delivery. You will receive the track & track (link) by e-mail from the carrier as soon as they have collected the package from our warehouse.

The link usually only becomes active after the package has been processed at the carrier's first depot (usually overnight). The next morning the track & trace link should show an active status. If this is not the case, it is best to contact us .  

Didn't receive an order confirmation?

You have ordered and paid for your items, the money has already been debited, but you have not yet received confirmation of your order from us? That is of course not our intention. We send our confirmations automatically. In this article we explain what could have gone wrong and how you or we can solve it as quickly as possible.

Missed delivery attempt?

Did you miss the carrier's delivery? Do not panic! Open the track & trace link that you have received from us and take a look at the status. Most carriers offer options to give a new delivery instruction or to deliver the package to a collection point in your area. Some carriers make only one delivery attempt and send the package directly to a collection point.

Please contact the carrier's customer service first for the most accurate information and current options . The contact options of the carrier can be found on the track & trace page. Keep the track & trace code to hand when you call the carrier or send an e-mail.

Delivery times Belgium and Germany

In Belgium and (western) Germany you have to take into account a transport time of 2 days (except Sundays and public holidays). In the eastern part of Germany, the delivery time can be up to 3-4 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays), depending on the distance and carrier(s). You will always receive a track & trace link with which you can follow the delivery.  

Delivery time and shipping costs Europe (other)

We ship to a growing number of countries within Europe. For shipments outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany we charge shipping costs regardless of the order value (unless otherwise agreed). The shipping costs are automatically determined during the checkout process when you enter the delivery address (and country).

Request shipping costs to other countries in your shopping cart
Click on the "CHANGE" button (at shipping costs) and select the country. Then click on the "Reberek" buttonand rates" or "Select shipping method" to view the shipping costs.

Incorrect delivery address entered?

For delivery in the Netherlands, we automatically check whether the specified delivery address has been entered correctly (by zip code and house number). For all other countries (including Belgium and Germany) you are responsible for the correctness of the data. If a shipment fails due to an incorrectly entered delivery address, we will recalculate shipping costs for the new shipment.  

Part delivery on request

Orders from €98 can be shipped on request in a maximum of two partial deliveries.
We only split smaller orders to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany on request and for a contribution of €4.95 in shipping costs. Other countries are not eligible for partial delivery.

We may not be able to process your request for partial delivery in time, especially in the evenings, weekends and during busy times. Keep this in mind when ordering and checking out multiple products with different delivery times. You can always contact us in advance to discuss the possibilities. We are always ready to help.  

Pick up order?

Collection is possible at our central warehouse in Nieuwveen. Below you will find the address and the rules of the game.

  • Please contact us before 5pm to schedule a pick-up (on Sundays before 3pm).
    we will make sure that you can pick it up the same day (at least one hour later).
  • No payment options: the order must be paid in advance.
  • For orders smaller than €49, collection costs of €4.95 will be charged.
