Felix Zepter First Class Ham knife with dimples 23 cm
This beautiful ham knife has dimples on both sides of the blade that ensure that the meat does not stick to the knife. Large pieces of meat and ham can be perfectly chopped and portioned. The blade is long and thin and somewhat flexible. This makes the knife easy to steer when cutting. The long blade has the advantage that you can cut a slice in one movement.
The double crop is unique and ensures that these knives are perfectly balanced and wear on the arm and wrist is kept to a minimum. The ergonomic plastic handle is seamlessly fused to the blade with induction.
The Felix Zepter collection is characterized by the solid and heavy-duty handle and has a perfect balance due to the double crop. Naturally, these knives are equipped with a sharp blade made of high quality Molybdenum stainless steel, which ensures very long sharpness.
The First Class knives are dishwasher safe, but for the life and sharpness of your knife we recommend washing them by hand.
These knives from Felix are also known under the names Goldhamster and Solicut. This does not affect the quality of the blades.
