Most powerful sous-vide circulator! The updated Wartmann WM-1507 SV sous-vide controller is the successor to the Wartmann WM-1506 SV. This sous-vide circulator is a high-quality and robust immersion heater that can withstand a beating but nevertheless has a particularly beautiful appearance. The glossy black, silver accents, stainless steel parts and curved shape give the device an elegant, luxurious appearance that is in no way single kitchen will look out of place. With a power of no less than 1300 Watts, it is the most powerful sous-vide circulator that we know of. As a result, the Wartmann WM-1507 SV sous-vide controller quickly heats a water bath of up to about 25 liters effortlessly, and also easily maintains the temperature.
