Choose the right size for your specific type of meat
- Small : Suitable for boneless roast or 2 or 3 bone-in rib roast. Good for approximately 3.5-5.4 kg of meat.

Tips for quality meat
Marbling is very important, so choose well-marbled meat for juiciness and flavour, such as Black Angus, Dutch MRIJ, Irish beef or Wagyu. Pay attention to the outside: Avoid damage and cut areas!
Usage and safety
- Optimal contact: 75-80% contact between meat and membrane for best results
- Temperature: Set the refrigerator to 4°C or lower
- Prevent ice build-up: Keep the refrigerator free of ice
