Caso VC 15 Inox vacuum machine is perfect for sous vide!

The Caso VC 15 Inox external vacuum packing machine is a handy and economical solution for vacuuming food for sous-vide. This vacuum packing machine is suitable for bags up to 30 cm wide and the vacuum and sealing cycle are fully automatic (one touch of a button to automatically vacuum and seal). By pressing firmly on the lid, it clicks on both sides; you do not have to keep the lid pressed during the vacuuming cycle and therefore have your hands free. Due to the smooth plastic housing, this compact vacuum device is easy to keep clean and it also looks good.

Please note: this vacuum machine is only suitable for vacuum bags with relief and vacuum foil with relief .
