The Anova Precision Rolls are great for preparing meals. If you don't cook right away, vacuum your food ahead of time and keep it safe for later use in the fridge or freezer. Then you put it directly in your sous vide pot, and voilà: a meal at your fingertips. The vacuum bags are free from harmful BPA substances and can safely withstand cooking temperatures for up to 4 hours. With the handy roll you can make custom sous-vide bags, so whether you want to vacuum a small portion of vegetables or a large piece of meat; it is possible with the Precision bags from Anova.
