Use of the sous-vide stick
You place it in a gastronorm container or any other reservoir and the device brings the water to the correct temperature with a maximum of 95 degrees Celsius. The capacity is 1500 watts. The duration and temperature can be set completely. Thanks to the adjustable clamp, it can be placed on different water trays. What is sous-vide?

Place the ingredients in one of our food-safe bags and lower them into the water container. Do you like a perfect medium rare steak? you got it! Set the sous vide to exactly 54.5 degrees Celsius, add the steak and let it be nice and warm. In the meantime you can prepare the rest of your dishes without stress; the steak will never be hotter than 58.0 degrees. When ready to serve, you just bake the steak in a hot pan for that delicious grill flavour and it is done!
