With the Roner Clip Sous Vide Stick from Taurus Professional, you can cook a vacuum-packed piece of meat or fish at a low temperature. This process is called sous vide cooking . With sous vide cooking you prevent dehydration and a piece of meat stays nice and juicy and tasty. You clamp the sous vide stick to the edge of a pan filled with water. Choose the desired temperature up to 90 ºC, depending on the type of dish you are making. You can easily set the cooking time with the timer. What is sous vide cooking?

Met de Roner Clip Sous Vide Stick van Taurus Professional gaar je een vacuüm verpakt stuk vlees of vis op een lage temperatuur. Dit proces heet sous-vide garen. Met sous-vide garen voorkom je uitdroging en blijft een stuk vlees lekker sappig en smaakvol. De sous vide stick klem je vast aan de rand van een met water gevulde pan.
