All knives are precisely forged from a single piece of high-carbon German stainless steel. The special Chrome-Molybdenum-Vanadium alloy (X50CrMoV15) guarantees the following properties:
- razor sharp
- durable sharp cutting edge
- easy to sharpen
- very corrosion resistant
Up to 50 steps are involved in the production of each knife. Traditional skills and precise machines continue grinding and polishing, until finally the cutting edge is applied at the ideal angle for the blade in question. The handle combines balance, safety, ergonomics and control with an exclusive appearance.
