3. Rice / Risotto: Rice / Risotto cooks rice or risotto perfectly without sticking to the pan or being too dry or too wet.
4. Yogurt: In Yogurt mode, the Express Pot is heated to a low temperature, which gives the lactic acid bacteria a chance to convert the milk into yogurt.
5. Slow cook: In the slow cook setting, the Crock-Pot Express Pot gradually heats up to just below boiling point. This allows your products to stew slowly.
6. Steam: With the Steam function you can cook products using steam. With the help of the metal rack you make sure that the product is not in the water.
7. Poultry: This mode is for cooking poultry under pressure. This keeps the meat juicy and makes it extra tender.
